Celebrate Your Confetti Moments™ in Business

Throughout my 12-year journey as a business coach and growth strategist and 19-year journey as an entrepreneur, I've realized we often don't give ourselves enough credit for our achievements. 

So today, let’s take a moment to celebrate. These moments of celebration, which I call Confetti Moments™, have become an integral part of my weekly routine with my clients. Today, I want to bring these confetti moments to you and share the importance of celebrating our wins.

RECONNECTING + CELEBRATING TOGETHER

In my journey as an entrepreneur, I've experienced various phases and transitions. After years of focusing on group programs, courses, memberships, and conferences, I had the opportunity to return to one-on-one coaching last year, and it has been a glorious experience. Reconnecting with the heart of coaching has brought me immense joy and fulfillment. This return to my roots is a significant win for me, especially after navigating the challenges of the past six years.

CELEBRATING WINS, BIG + SMALL

When it comes to celebrating wins, we often think they have to be grand achievements. However, I encourage my clients and now you to embrace the small wins, the everyday victories that sometimes go unnoticed. Celebrating those Confetti Moments™, whether they're personal or business-related, is crucial. They represent the time, energy, and focus we've dedicated to our goals. For me, getting back into business full-time and updating my website were moments worth celebrating. But it doesn't stop there.

MAKING CELEBRATION A ROUTINE

Celebration shouldn't be limited to sporadic moments. It should become a regular part of our lives. I encourage you to set aside time, perhaps on Fridays, for your own Confetti Moments™. Take a few minutes to reflect on your accomplishments and joys, both big and small. By intentionally celebrating these wins, you'll cultivate a positive mindset, maintain motivation, and find fulfillment in your journey.
