(00:01:22) Now, let’s jump into today’s episode.
(00:01:28) I am so excited to be sharing so many new things with you. This season life has been lifeing and I will be sharing why I took a break in my business and what's been challenging over the past few years in business and life in episode two. But in this episode, I wanna celebrate you and do a little celebrating myself too. I call these confetti moments. I celebrate these confetti moments every week with my clients and now I'm bringing them to you. And I've worked with so many experienced entrepreneurs over my 12 years as a business coach and grow strategist,
(00:02:04) And I don't think we celebrate our wins enough. But before we get started into the full episode, I first want to connect.
(00:02:15) Today. I'd love for you to come over to Instagram @heatherbusinesscoach and share one thing you are celebrating in this season of your business. I love doing this connection because it allows us to connect one-on-one and start a conversation and relationship instead of you just hearing me here on the podcast. So hop on over to Heather, business coach and share one thing you are celebrating in this season of your business. So over the past year, I've had a lot of amazing wins as I shared. I came back into my business full-time again in January of 2022. And since then I've been coaching people one-on-one and it's been wonderful. I haven't coached one-on-one for a very, very, very long time because when I started my business, I was doing one-on-one coaching and then I quickly moved into courses and group programs and a membership and conference and on and on.
(00:03:14) And so that was where I spent most of my time. I did a lot of one-on-one relational, um, and coaching and strategy within those things, but never just one-on-one since the very beginning. And so this past year I got to get back to just one-on-one coaching and it was glorious. I really, really have enjoyed it. And um, that is definitely a win of mine because coming back to business after you've left it for a while, and quite honestly the past six years, again, you'll hear in episode two have been really, really challenging. And so business looked different the past six years cuz it had to. And I think that as hard as it is, is now to say that I have more space for my business. Um, and again, we'll share more about that on episode two, but I really am celebrating the fact that I'm, I'm here as a business owner still after all we've gone through.
(00:04:18) And so I am celebrating that first and foremost. And so, you know, we, when we think of these things, we, you know, we're thinking of, okay, what are our wins? And we think they have to be these like really big things, but I share with my clients that they can be small wins, they can be life wins, business wins. Just celebrate the moments, those confetti moments that do mean a lot, that have taken your time and energy and focus. Let's celebrate those things that you've done. And for me, so just getting back into business full-time was a big celebration for me. And then we updated the website and then we now have some new things that are coming out. This is one of them, the podcast, I podcast last time a podcast was back in 2019 and I really miss it. I love communicating and sharing stories this way.
(00:05:17) And we'll be also interviewing, um, you know, really brilliant people in the online space. So that's gonna be really exciting and I'm excited about that. But the other win is we are launching a digital business magazine called Business Minded. You can actually go and sign up for that. We'll be sharing that. And um, yeah, it's been really fun to dream that up because it's gonna be an interactive magazine that has audio video written. It's gonna have guest guests you'll hear on the podcast here, but also their stories in the magazine will also have products that are useful, um, for business owners, experience business owners, online service pros and online coaches. And that's a really exciting feature. I love when I can dream up new things. And so that's been really, really fun to think about and to work on. And so that'll be coming out soon depending on when you're listening to this episode.
(00:06:29) And then we have the new three month Intentional action focus cohort that I launched, and it's called Your Success Squad. So it is a small cohort of experience online, uh, coaches and service pros who have been in business for five years or more. And it includes one-on-one coaching and strategy with me, but also like a mastermind. I don't use the word mastermind, but that's really what it is for when other people are thinking about masterminds. I call it your Success Squad, but it's other people that are at the same level as you and like-minded and working on the, you know, similar things as a service professional and, you know, have been in, have been in business for five or more years and wanting to grow their business. But really also an important part of it is that you're not wanting to compromise your values and priorities and goals or sacrifice your boundaries.
(00:07:35) And I, that's a big thing for people that I work with. I really want you to fit your business within your life. And I think we have to be guided by our values, our priorities, our goals, and then really set boundaries so that we can protect ourselves, our energy, and be able to give in the capacity that you give, you know, in the world. So that is really exciting as well. This your Success Squad Squad is what it's called. And again, it's a three month intentional action focused cohort of business owners who are online coaches and service pros who have been in business for five or more years. And so that's a new thing that we launched as well. And we'll have some more things coming out, but those are the big three. The podcast, the Business magazine and your Success Squad.
(00:08:36) So you'll be hearing more about all of these things, but I'm really excited about these things and so I wanted to take a moment here on the podcast to celebrate them with you because I really am feeling really fulfilled in my business and it feels good in every way. Now that doesn't mean that there haven't been challenges and there aren't daily thoughts that cross my mind of like, what are you doing? Because those happen too. I'm a human being that's gonna happen to all of us, but I've been able to take the time to really see how these are amazing things that I've been doing and I wanna celebrate them. So thank you for allowing me to share with you here. And now I wanna celebrate you before we do have a special message for you,

(00:10:04) Personalized one-on-one coaching and strategy, plus a community of like-minded experienced service professionals to help you reach your business goals and make sure you're subscribed to the podcast. And if you're loving it, I would love for you to leave a review. It means so much to me and it's helpful to know you are listening and what you're loving. Okay, now let's get back to the show.
(00:10:27) Again. I wanna hear from you, what are you doing that maybe you haven't celebrated and you're really, you know, you're thinking back. Wow, that was, that was a lot. I, I do this with my clients when, when I work with people for a long time, you know, six to 12 months and at the end, usually it's at the end of the year, but I also do it kind of mid-year too. And I have them write down, you know, all the things that they've done within our time together. And it's so fun to see all the, I don't wanna say accomplishments or achievements because I think that we really focus on that as like we have to accomplish something we have to achieve. But instead the, you know, even the day-to-day things like I got to spend more time with, you know, my child, or I got to give myself more time in the morning to read or meditate or I was able to create a membership that I never even dreamed of, but I did it and I wanna celebrate that.
(00:11:40) Or I created a new service that really aligns with how I wanna operate within my business and how I wanna serve my clients. Those are all amazing things. So it doesn't have to be this really big thing, cuz sometimes the small things become the big things that add up to these big celebrations, right? Or these big moments, pivotal moments in your business. But when we don't celebrate them, it just continues to feel like we're doing, doing, doing. And so I want you to take a second today, hopefully more than that, maybe a few minutes or so, and maybe you can do this by sharing, you know, on Instagram with me what you're celebrating so we can chat about it. But really take the time whether you are doing it right in this moment or later today, and think about all that you've done and think about what you could celebrate.
(00:12:44) And then think about how you could make this a weekly routine. I like to do it on Fridays. We call it Friday Confetti Confetti moment Fridays. But put this on your calendar to actually celebrate yourself. And it, it makes you also, because a lot of times people are going, well, I don't know what to celebrate this week. Nothing really happened. And I've said, dig a little deeper. I, I bet you'll find something. And it's those little things that we often overlook, but we're actually, again, when you put them together, they combined to create these magical sometimes pivotal moments in your business and your life. But when you're not celebrating them on the way it feels like it's not worth it, right? It feels like you're continuing to go on and on and what's it all for? So share your, your wins. Celebrate your wins. Put in on your Fridays, if not every week, do it every other week, once a month at least Celebrate with your confetti moment Fridays.
(00:13:50) I can't wait to hear how you incorporate this into your business. And I'm really, really excited to come back for episode two and I'll share a little more about where I went. I took a break in my business, um, what that looked like, what it's been like over the past three years, six years, kind of, um, and what it's been like recently. There's been some really, really, really hard times. If you're new around here and you don't know my story, I'll go into it a little deeper. On episode two, there probably will be tears. Um, so prepare yourself. I wanna just start with celebration and then, um, we're gonna, you know, talk about some of the challenging things that have happened and allow you to share those moments with me as well in episode two.
(00:14:44) That wraps up another episode of Your Savvy Business. Thank you for spending your time with me today. Until next time my friend.
