Today we are talking about your signature framework, why you need one and how to create or refine one for your business. So creating a signature framework can be a game changer for your business as an online coach or a service Pro. But before I share all the reasons why you need to create a signature framework, which we're going to go through today, let's talk about what a signature framework is, in case you don't know what that is exactly. So a signature framework is a system or process that helps to define your unique proach to problem solving, decision making or any other aspect of your work. This framework becomes a signature of your work and sets you apart from others in your industry. So today we're going to explore why creating a signature framework is essential, and how it can benefit you in the long run. So first up, we're going to talk about consistency and clarity. When you create a signature framework, it develop a consistent approach to your work. So this consistency helps you to clarify your ideas, streamline your processes, and creates a more efficient workflow. And then with that consistent approach, you can also ensure that your work remains of a high standard, right? Because you're doing it the same way. Now this does not mean that you're what you do. And how you help people becomes becomes robotic. I hear that a lot. Well, is this going to be like very cookie cutter? No, this is a method. This is your methodology. And it will guide

your team, your clients, your marketing. And your clients. Customers can receive the same level of quality every time because you're walking them through your method, your framework, right? So one is consistency and clarity. That's number one reason why you need a signature framework. Number two, branding and differentiation. So a signature framework can also help you build your brand and differentiate you from others in your industry. Right? So creating a unique approach to your work. You can build a reputation for excellence and set yourself apart from the competition because this is your signature framework. This is your way of doing this, right. So this inferential creation can if I can say that word differentiation can help you to attract more clients members to your programs or memberships. If you can increase your prices because you have a way of a signature way that you're walking people through things, it helps you build a loyal following of customers who value your unique approach. So that's reason number two. Reason number one, consistency and clarity. Number two for brand and branding and differentiation. If you're not sold on the signature framework yet, let's move to number three. It is time saving. So when you have a signature framework in place, you save time by having a set process to follow right. This process eliminates the need to reinvent the wheel every time you face something new instead

You can rely on the framework to guide you through the problem solving process or the desire achieving, right? I like to say, what are your goals and desires? Everybody focuses on problems all the time and solving problems, which is fine. But what is your core desire? What is the desire that these people want? How are you getting them there, you're doing that by so think about it, take you're taking them from where they are to where they want to go. And that gap in between you're filling, you're taking them through your method, your framework to get them from where they are, to where they want to go. So this allows you though, by having this, you know, this way of doing it every time allows you to focus on the creative and the strategic aspects of your work, right? Because you don't have to think about what are the steps of how we're going from A to B. Now, if you have, you're going to have different offers, it doesn't mean that that process is going to be exactly the same. But when I'm thinking about anything, I create my business, when I've created my podcast, when we created the magazine that's going to be coming out,

or when you're listening to this may have already came out, I'm when we're creating any offers that we have, when I'm thinking about bringing team members on when I'm thinking of collabing or partnering with people. When I'm thinking about working with clients. I'm thinking about my signature framework. Now mine is called your Savvy Business Growth Wheel. I am a growth strategist and a business coach. So I help online coaches and service providers who have been in business for five or more years, unlock that next level of their business, grow their business intentionally thinking about what it is they want for their life and in their business, right? And how are we going to grow it to be able to live the life they want and profitably and sustainably grow the business that they have, right. So my Growth Wheel, which I'll take you through in a minute, after we get through these things, but my Growth Wheel, your Savvy Business Growth Wheel is my framework. So it allows me like I said, number one to be consistent and clear about how I help people allows me to brand myself and differentiate from competition, because even though we might do similar things, I'm doing it in my own way that I've claimed is my method, right? It's time saving, because I'm taking people through the process. It's scalable and repeatable. So a signature framework is also, you know, you can scale it allows you to scale, because you're doing things in a specific way that in this specific method. So when you have a defined process in place, you can easily train others to follow it. You can delegate tasks more and free up your time for the more strategic work, right. And this scalability also means that you can take on more clients without sacrificing the quality of your work, because you're doing it the same way. Again, this doesn't mean cookie cutter. This doesn't mean robotic. This means that you have a plan, you have a method, a framework that you walk people through. And everyone that works with you. It is they know, they understand, you know, when they're working with you, they understand how they're going to be working with you the steps those are going to take to get there. Now my Growth Wheel is not a linear step, right? It is a wheel. So

when I talk about it, you can go from one growth actually spells out something and it stands for something each of the letters of growth. But when I talk about it, you can go from G to T, right? It isn't this linear process. Now sometimes your process might be your methodology might be linear, it might be you have to do step one and step two, step three, the people that I'm working with, because they've been in business for a while they might be a different growth periods, or they might need to work on different things in their business.

And so it's not always a linear path. But again, the framework is still there. And it is a wheel for that reason, because we have to look at different you know, coming from the middle, we want to grow their business, but the spokes of how we get to that growth might be different and not in a step 123 kind of manner, right? So it allows the scalability. So again, let's go through them. consistency and clarity. Number one, why you need a framework, signature framework, branding, and differentiation number two, number three is it's going to be time saving. Number four scalability, and it's repeatable. Number six is innovation and improvement and allows you to innovate and improve. Because you're always going back to the framework, right? So by having a set process to follow a set methodology, you can easily identify areas for improvement and make adjustments to your approach. So this allows you to stay ahead of the curve, and to continue to deliver like exceptional results to your clients. Right. So this has happened to me when I was creating my framework, it has evolved over the years now it's called your Savvy Business Growth Wheel. And I got there because the needs of my clients kind of changed and evolved as well. And so I changed the framework, I upgraded it to the Growth Wheel because it that was I saw what my clients and my audience needed. And I created that framework. So everything I do comes from that. So when I create content, it comes from the Growth Wheel. When I create offers, it comes from my Growth Wheel. When I hire team members, I think about my Growth Wheel and what do we need? And you know, as we're for team members, what are they going to do inside of that? How are we going to use the Growth Wheel, you know, in in content, how we're going to use it inside of our team, when we're creating new things, and delegating, right, we also use the Growth Wheel to with my clients, of course and my members, and then we use it to market. So there's so many reasons to have a signature framework. And you probably have that method, you might just not have like named it and claimed it and really refined it so that it is really useful for your business. So we'll talk about how we can work on that together. But that next that when we talked about the last one and number six was Innovation and Improvement allows you to improve and innovate because again, you're taking them from where they are now to where they want to go what their desire is. And there's that gap in the middle. And the methodology is how you get them from point A to point Z, right. And you can see along the way, and improve as you go along. So for me, let me give you an example, I created the Growth Wheel I created. I've been upgrading my offers from that. So in the Growth Wheel, which let me just share Well, let me share the last one here the last point there are seven reasons why you need a signature framework. I mean, sure, this next one, the last one here, and then I will share more about my framework and how I came up with it. So the last one is consistent results. Right? When you have a signature framework in place, you can consistently deliver results to your clients, or your customers. And this consistency, builds trust and reliability, which are essential for building long term relationships with your clients and customers. Right? So but by delivering consistently delivering results, you can also attract new clients, new members, new customers, because you're getting results for them, the people that you're working with, based off the methodology that you use. So creating a signature framework is an essential step. For anyone if you're an online coach or service Pro, who wants to establish yourself as a pro and an authority in your industry. It's I think it's imperative that you do it. Every one of my clients that I work with, we walk through what is your signature framework at some point when I'm working with them.

and attract more business opportunities. The signature framework will save you time, increase your efficiency. And like we talked about drive innovation and improvement in your work as well. So if you haven't already, I'm going to encourage you to start developing your signature framework today. If you do have one, let's look at it. And let's refine it. Because most people that I work with in some way or another, they might not have it written down, and they might have not named and claimed it, but they have a signature process that they use with their, the people that they work with our clients. And we just have to refine it. And one of my, all my clients always say, Well, you how I name things, help them name it, and I say name it and claim it as yours. And then we put it everywhere say this is how I work with people. And so let me go through mine, and how I created mine. So again, mine is your Savvy Business Growth Wheel. And I will give you a resource where you can go and actually see it visually what it looks like. But growth is the word right because I'm a growth strategist and business coach, I help experienced online coaches and service pros who have been in business for five or more years. And I help them grow their business from where it is now to where they want to want to take it. And so growth stands for G gather your business goals and desires are we're going to refine your offers. Oh is optimize your workflows and systems. W is welcome in that growth mindset, because we got to work on the mindset as we're growing. That comes up a lot with clients that I work with. And then T is tailoring your marketing and sales. And then h is hiring great team members. And that growth right is then tied to the bigger vision and the bigger mission. So the bigger mission is I help online coaches and service pros who have been in business for five or more years, unlock that next level of their business, by not compromising on their priorities or their goals or sacrificing their boundaries. So being really intentional about everything they're doing in their business and how it fits within their life. So it serves the life that they want to live. Right. And so when we're talking about growth, we take these things into consideration. We always want to think about it I think I think of him as checkpoints. Does it go through? Does it does it meet the mission? Does it get you to where your your vision is, and does it

roll with your core values, right. And so when we're growing, we are gathered, we have to first gather their business goals and desires then we look at their offers. And then their systems and workflows, we'll work on optimizing them, we really talk about welcoming in inviting in that growth mindset and what it takes to continue to grow your business after you've been in business for a while. And then really tailoring your marketing and sales to the way you want to run your business to the way that feels good to you and your clients, right? And customers. And then hiring team members. The T or the H is hiring great team members that also align with all of that. So that's my methodology or framework, I would love to hear about yours.
