Heather Crabtree is a business advisor, speaker and the founder of Built to Flow®, a business advisory that helps owners build businesses that fit their lives, through every season.
Heather has spent her whole adult life running businesses. After law school and a year at a law firm, losing her dad changed what she wanted from her life. She left law, started an event business, brought on a partner, grew a team and sold the company eleven years later. Along the way she began advising other business owners, and over 16 years she has worked with thousands of them through programs, masterminds and one-on-one advising.
In 2017, her daughter London was diagnosed with cancer at nine. For six years, Heather kept a business running while her family lived between hospitals and home, and in 2023 they lost London. That season, along with a baby in her forties, a pandemic and homeschooling, shaped everything she now teaches: your business should fit your life, and there is more than one way to do well in business.
In 2024, Heather and her husband, Cole, opened Crabtree Law Firm, coming full circle to where her career began. She runs the firm alongside Built to Flow, hosts Built to Flow with Heather Crabtree, and is writing her first book, Built to Flow: Grow Through Every Business Season. She lives in Cave Creek, Arizona, with Cole and their kids, Lane and Lavender.
